Every theme park ends with the same invitation: take something home with you. Souvenirs remind us where we’ve been, but some fade quickly while others remain treasured keepsakes. The same is true in our life of faith. When we leave worship, when we finish a season of growth, even when we come to the end of our lives, we always carry something with us.
This week we’ll explore what it means to carry treasures that last—the love of Christ, the grace of God, and the joy of the Spirit. Jesus warns us not to cling to earthly trinkets that fade, but to invest in treasures of heaven. Paul reminds us that God has placed His treasure in fragile jars of clay—our very lives—so that His glory shines through us. And Moses calls us to carry God’s Word into our homes, our work, and our hearts, so faith is lived daily.
As we “exit through the gift shop” of this series, the question is simple: What are you carrying with you? Will it be temporary souvenirs, or the lasting treasures of God’s grace?
