Berwyn Early Learning Academy (BELA) is seeking a mission-driven and experienced leader to serve as
Executive Director / Center Director for our growing early childhood education program.
This role is responsible for leading daily operations, staff development, enrollment growth, and
program quality across our early learning center. The Executive Director will work collaboratively
with Berwyn United Methodist Church leadership to strengthen and expand a childcare program that
serves children and families in the Berwyn community.
