Order of Worship for Sunday, August 10th 2025

Leader: God invites us to take the next step—even when it seems small.
People: We come to worship with faith that grows through practice.

Leader: The Spirit trains our hearts through patience, trust, and love.
People: We offer our lives to be shaped by grace.

Leader: Let us worship the One who never wastes a single moment.
People: We come to be made whole, one step at a time.

Holy One, We want to be strong in faith, but we avoid the daily work of trust. We want maturity without discomfort, and growth without effort. Forgive us for skipping steps, for rushing ahead, and for overlooking the small ways you form us. In those moments of silence, hear the confessions of our hearts as we seek your mercy.

People: Thanks be to God, who makes all things new!

Generous God, You grow our faith through everyday acts of trust. As we offer these gifts, may they reflect the quiet faithfulness you cultivate in us. Bless what seems small, and use it for your great purposes. Form our hearts through giving, and shape us into people of grace, generosity, and joy. In Christ’s name we pray, Amen.
