Prayer of Confession
Almighty God, we come to you knowing that you are always doing a new and unexpected thing in our lives and in the world. Open our hearts to see others as you see them, to serve others as you would serve them, and to trust you in all our circumstances. Open our minds that we might not underestimate all that you can do when we courageously and boldly serve your purposes. Open our doors to shelter your people with love and acceptance. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and our Savior. Amen.
