Order of Worship for Sunday, June 7th 2026

Leader: This day, may worship introduce us to the God who is not only Shepherd and Rock,
People: but is also Gardener, Artist, Sculptor, Musician.

Leader: Amid the fullness of our lives, God invites us to play—
People: joining in places of creativity and laughter.

Leader: In this time together, we are met by the One who extends a hand and asks:
People: ‘Shall we dance?’

For this series, we are praying a unison prayer rather than a prayer of confession.

O Lord our God, you have done great things, so great that we could not hide our happiness. Remind us of the times when you filled us with laughter and with songs of joy. Be with us today. Rejoice over us with gladness. Renew us with love. Lead us as we laugh and sing, so that all the world might hear and praise you together with us. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Lord, we thank you for laughter and the smiles, that warm our hearts and bring us joy. Lord, we thank you for the music that brings us excitement that moves our body and our minds. We thank you for the voice of children playing and the blessings that come from you. We thank you for all your gifts in Christ’s name.
