Prayer of Confession
Faithful God, we give you thanks for the heroes of faith who have gone before us. We remember those who listened to your voice, trusted your promises, offered their gifts, stepped forward with courage, and faithfully passed on the hope they had found in you. We thank you for the people who nurtured our own faith through their prayers, their example, their encouragement, and their love.
Today, deepen our faith once again. Help us to follow Christ with humble and willing hearts. Show us those who need encouragement, guidance, and hope. Make us people who not only grow in faith ourselves but who also help others discover the joy of walking with you.
May the faith we have received become a faith we generously share, so that generation after generation may know your love and your saving grace. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
I especially like the line, "May the faith we have received become a faith we generously share," because it captures the heart of Lois and Eunice while serving as a fitting conclusion to the entire series: heroes of faith don't simply possess faith—they pass it on.

Offertory Prayer
Gracious and Generous God, every good gift comes from you. We thank you for those whose faithful generosity has shaped our lives—parents and grandparents, teachers and mentors, friends and fellow disciples who shared their faith with us through words, actions, and love.
Receive these gifts, and receive our lives as well. Use them to strengthen your church, to nurture those who are new in the faith, to encourage those who are weary, and to raise up a new generation of disciples who will know and follow Jesus Christ. May what we offer today bear fruit far beyond what we can see, as your love is shared from one life to another and from one generation to the next.
In the name of Jesus Christ, who calls us to make disciples of all nations, we pray. Amen.
