Call to Worship

Leader: When the road ahead is uncertain, God does not leave us to walk alone.
People: God gives us one another.

Leader: When our faith grows weary, God sends voices of encouragement.
People: God strengthens us through love.

Leader: When we cannot see what comes next, Christ remains our hope.
People: We will stand firm in the Lord.

Leader: May the Lord increase and abound our love for one another and for all.
People: Together, let us worship God.

Faithful God, you have called us into a community where we do not have to face uncertainty alone. Yet when we are anxious, we sometimes turn inward. We hold tightly to what we know, assume the worst of one another, or allow fear to speak louder than love.

Strengthen us when our faith grows weary. Give us patience with one another, courage to listen, and grace for those who see the road differently than we do. Increase and abound our love for one another and for all, so that whatever the future holds, our lives may bear witness to the hope we have in Jesus Christ. Amen.
