Welcome
Call to Worship
Leader: When Solomon finished the Temple, the glory of the Lord filled the house.
People: Today we gather, that God’s glory might fill this house.
Leader: Through our songs and prayers, our gifts and our service,
People: We make space for the living God to dwell among us!

Prayer of Confession
God of creation and renewal, You have called us to be living temples of Your Spirit. Yet we confess that there are rooms in our hearts left empty — corners we have closed off, doors we have locked in fear or pride.
Forgive us for the ways we resist Your construction in our lives. Clear away the rubble of sin and distraction, and rebuild us with faith, hope, and love, that Your glory may once again fill this house. Hear the confessions as we seek your grace and transformation.
(Silent confession)
Amen.
Words of Assurance
Leader: Hear the good news: The God who shaped the heavens now shapes our hearts anew. The Master Builder does not abandon the work of divine hands. In Christ, we are forgiven, restored, and made into living temples of God’s Spirit.
People: Thanks be to God! God’s glory fills this house again.

Offertory Prayer
Generous and faithful God, You are the builder of all that is good and true. Accept the offerings we bring—our gifts, our labor, our hearts. Use them to raise up spaces where Your love is known, where the hungry are fed, the lonely are welcomed, and Your glory dwells among Your people. As Solomon’s Temple once stood as a sign of Your presence, let our giving become a living sign of Your grace in this community. Amen.
