"Movies that Make you Think" -
Special double feature! The first movie will be King Corn
Best friends move to the heartland to learn where their food comes from. But when they try to follow their corn into the food system, they find troubling questions about how we eat—and how we farm. The second movie will be "My Father’s Garden", an engrossing, emotionally charged documentary about the use and misuse of technology on the American farm. More about these films and the other great and provocative movies planned by the Church and Society Task Force.  6:00pm.  Contact Amy Dwyer (Perthenia@ mac.com)
