Berwyn United Methodist Nursery School is a warm and welcoming experience for children 2 1/2 through 5 years of age that is in its 15th year! The school year begins the second week of September and finishes just before Memorial Day. The hours of the school are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon with an extended day available until 3:00 p.m. The children have a full range of activities including music, art activities, story time, Kids In Motion, playground, a pre-reading, pre-math Game Room full of manipulatives plus field trips in the fall and spring.

There are three 2-Day classes, three 3-Day classes and three 5-Day classes. The 2-Day classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The 3-Day classes meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. September 1st is the deciding date for entrance into the different classes. 2-Day children must be 2 by that date. Young three year olds may also join the oldest 2-Day class. The three-day children must be three by September 1st and the 5-Day children must be four by that date. While the two and three day classes are closely aligned in age, the 5-Day classes are mixed in age.
